You should understand the cost before support begins
The price depends on the funding pathway, discipline and service setting. NDIS-funded supports follow current NDIA pricing arrangements; Bloom separately lists Medicare, private-health, privately funded and Support at Home fees.
Any additional costs should be discussed and agreed in advance, with fees and inclusions recorded in the Service Agreement.

Selecting the correct pathway prevents people comparing figures that are designed for different programs and rules.
NDIS-funded supports
Charged in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, including applicable travel, non-face-to-face and community-service rules.
Medicare, private health or self-funded
Use the discipline tables below. Bloom is not a bulk-billing service; eligible Medicare clients may receive a rebate and will have a gap fee.
Aged Care — Support at Home
Use the separate Support at Home schedule below. Listed fees include standard travel charges.

Services follow current NDIA price limits
Bloom charges NDIS-funded supports in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, including applicable rules for travel, non-face-to-face time and community-based services.
Self-managed
Participants manage payment and claims according to their plan and service agreement.
Plan-managed
Bloom can work with the participant’s nominated plan manager for applicable supports.
Agency-managed
Available where applicable to the service, participant plan and Bloom’s registration.

Does Bloom charge the listed private fees to NDIS participants?
NDIS-funded supports are charged in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. The separate tables apply to Medicare, private-health and privately funded services.
Is Bloom a bulk-billing service?
No. Eligible clients may receive a Medicare rebate, but a gap fee applies and should be discussed before services commence.
